RAF National Air & Space Camp 2025
Who remembers summer? We do! Back in late August, the AeroDiscover team joined forces with our fantastic STEM Ambassadors at the RAF Syerston National Air & Space Camp 2025, one of the most inspiring events in the aviation calendar.
On the day, we engaged with nearly 2,000 Air Cadets aged 14–18, supported by 400 Cadet Forces Adult Volunteers and joined by 106 Industry and Military VIPs. Attendees travelled from all over the UK—from Scotland and the Isle of Man to as far away as Cyprus—to take part in an unforgettable week of aviation and STEM discovery.
Our STEM zone featured a whole range of activities including Bee Bots, Spin the Wheel, and Plasma Balls, all designed to spark curiosity, teamwork, and problem-solving. The cadets’ enthusiasm and feedback were outstanding, proving once again how engaging hands-on STEM learning can be.
We also took the opportunity to welcome new STEM Ambassadors (minimum age 17+), reconnect with partners and friends, and, of course, enjoy the spectacular air show—complete with Typhoons, Spitfires, and more!
Events like the RAF National Air & Space Camp highlight the power of collaboration and the importance of inspiring the next generation of innovators, engineers, and aviators.
We can’t wait to be back next year!
